Wine Steward Anthony Lam joins us after having managed the beverage program at Santa Monica Seafood Company, and served at multiple local restaurants including Enterprise Fish Company and California Pizza Kitchen. Prior to his career in the restaurant industry Anthony earned a B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara.
