Policies

Deposit:
A deposit is required for all banquets. Deposits may be made by credit card, or company check. Deposits will be applied to the final amount due.

 

Credit Card Guarantee:
Sonoma Wine Garden requires a credit card number to guarantee all reservations for banquet parties.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Sonoma Wine Garden applies a 72-hour cancellation policy for all events with a prix fixe menu. It is required that all cancellations be made in writing directly to the General Manager. Confirmation of final number of event attendees is required 24-hours prior to the function. Should the number of attendees decrease on the day of event, Sonoma Wine Garden will charge for the confirmed number of attendees. For a partial or full buyout a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

 

Payment:
Payment may be made by credit card {9.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity} is applied to all food and beverage charges. The entire bill is due and payable at the end of the event, unless otherwise arranged by the Event Coordinator. Sonoma Wine Garden kindly asks that parties use only one credit card when making payment. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are gladly accepted.

Self Parking - The first 90 minutes are free, the next hour costs $1 and each additional 30 minutes is $1.50. Daily maximum is $14
